I would like to thank you all for being my loyal audience, and the motivation for my writings.
In the past two years I lost both my loving mother and father.
In these challenging times, art has always been there for me.
During this period, I created approx. 170 new works under 9 new identities.
The highs and lows, the lessons I’ve learned and the extra dose of inspiration will all show up one day in my future writings. However, it is still too fresh for me to write about. In a way, I’m still at it, and haven’t fully digested the entire experience and consequences.
For the sake of new subscribers, I decided to tell my artistic evolution story again, right from the beginning.
If you had enough of me, please feel free to unsubscribe. I won’t be offended.
Basically, I will re-send every week the content I have written in the past. I will add more works I haven’t written about yet, and perhaps some photos from different periods and places.
In the coming year, I hope to publish my retrospective artist book.
The temporary name is “Ofir Hirsh by Ofir Hirsh”.
This is a link to a digital draft I uploaded to fliphtml5: https://fliphtml5.com/ntfju/kkel
While it still needs to be edited and go through the hands of a talented graphic designer, I will very much appreciate any feedback, questions, and suggestions regarding any aspect of it, including concept, content, art, and even grammar. If a word or a pdf file is more convenient to any of you to review, please let me know and I’ll be glad to send it over.
In the meantime I’d like to share with you a few of those unexposed works. See below and please forgive me for the lack of titles and dimensions.
